A nice, clean hotel whit good facilities in an interesting area .
A very unfriendly porter (his two collegues have been very nice!).
Only best part of this hotel is that it is very near to the city centre, it's only 3 stops from stockholm c station in a green metro line, hence the connectivity to the train station, city and mainly to the old city Gamla stan is good,if you are having less luggage and on a short business trip and you need a room to sleep, this is best option. The breakfast is fairly good with lot of varities.
Firstly they dont have windows in the room and I think it is constructed in cellar and rooms are very small, if you are planning long trip with huge luggage then it is difficult to place ur luggage in the room, as mentioned earlier this is suitable for short visits. The room is not cleaned daily and they provide only one towel and they wont replace that daily. The staff are very rude and and helpfull at all.
I was a real bad hotel. I ill never stay again.
The location of the hotel is rather good, at least if you plan shopping in the Södermalm. Quite short walk everywhere.
The service wasnt that good. I understand that the room might not be ready before 2 pm but you can say this nicely as well when arriving to the reception at 8 am and advise about leaving the luggage without needing to ask for it. The balcony door couldnt (first) be closed and the room was in the first floor. There is no lift although rooms are located up to 3 floors. The hotel is very time-worn but yet expensive.
All staffs were very, very kind. For me, location is excellent. Yor country and people, and especially Stockholm are really wonderfol.
There were not enough towels, only one a day ? In my opinion, rooms should be more ligter.
The hotel is on a perfect position, near underground and the train station. The staff was very kind and helped us to find a way for one castle out of the town. We were giver the time-table for trains and several possibilities for changing the transport.
We, first, got the room without the window, and we were not aware of that. The next day, we got a new room with the windows.
It's location was great.
I had wished there was a service in place for tea or coffee in the morning or night in your room. Also, during the breakfast we were pressured to leave when the breakfast was scheduled to end (10:30am I believe). I wished we could have relaxed and finished our breakfast in peace without feeling pressured to leave....like say at 11:00.
Only good thing for this hotle which I found was really quit room.
Frindly Hotel Staff
It is the perfect budget accomodation if you are on a budget or business trip to Stockholm. Quite OK, close to the center, but nothing special.
The location, near Södra Station
Very small rooms, ugly interior, budget breakfast buffet, boring, few windows, bad sound isolation
Easy, fast check-in, cold beer was available when I arrived very late, and checkout was also fast and easy. The total duration of my stay was just around 8 hours.
No plave to put the dirty winter boots. Heatign partly too cold, room small for price.
The location was excellent to shopping and subways. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with our room. We requested the junior suite, since we had 3 people and actually got 2 adjoining rooms with 1 1/2 baths and a mini fridge. It was very roomy and comfortable. The breakfast was good very good.
The room was a bit drafty, and we didn't seem to be able to control the temperature.
the breakfast was very basic. overpriced like every hotel in sweden. there was a smell of smoke in the room, to my surprise the next day i got a note from the maid that i am not allowed to smoke in the room - i felt indignant
